Brookside Village is a planned “Active Adult” community with beautifully landscaped grounds, that employ the latest planning trends of separating the pedestrian activity, from the vehicular traffic. 80+ per cent of the homes are oriented with the front of the house, with its “sitting porch,” towards a Greenway with a (proposed) meandering walking path, connecting with over one mile of (proposed) walking trails, pavilions, and other outdoor amenities. Garages are to rear of the homes, on private drives.

Brookside Village will have a gated entry and extensive outdoor lighting, providing excellent security. There will be many guest spaces for visitor parking off the private drives.
