As the rest of the Nashville real estate market reacts to interest rates, Dowland's team makes steady progress listing and selling homes, land, and commercial properties. It's not difficult to understand the inner workings of the most successful real estate team in Sumner County. "It's all about serving," Gwen comments. "We love our clients to death! We want to do what is best for them, no matter what."  Gwen's clients rely on her for timely, useful, and trusted information regarding the sale of their homes or the buying process at a time when others are struggling to get their listings noticed.

Gwen's success is also a family affair.  Her husband James is even part of the team!  "He left a long time career as an engineer and investor to work with me. Now he enjoys telling people he is my assistant," she laughs. "He's been a wonderful husband for 39 years and I'm so grateful."  The Dowlands are co-owners of the RE/MAX-Gallatin office.

Gwen and her team focus on residential, commercial, land (lots, farms), multiple family dwellings -you name it -from the initial conversation to closing.
